My husband and I undertook a major home renovation in the summer of 2002 and contracted with Mikeal Burns of burns bros. Builders to build our kitchen. The kitchen was a large room of approx 16 x 18 with a center island, built-in refrigerator, and lighted glass front cabinets. he was helpful to me in both design and layout during the planning stages, and executed the installation of teh cabinetry flawlessly. my husband and I were both extremely happy with the work he did. Since that time, I have contacted Mikeal to do many other projects for us in 2 other homes involving bathroom, kitchen, office, and living room renovations. We have recently contracted with him to build our library cabinetry for us, and would not consider using another builder for teh project. Over these past eight years I have found Mikeal Burns to be professional, friendly,honest, straightforward, trustworthy, conscientious, and diligent in bringing our projects from idea to installation. I give him my highest recommendation. |

My Hisband and I first became aquainted with mike Burns in 1997 when he was recommended to us by a friend. We were getting ready to convert our screened in porch into a florida room. we met with Mike and were immediately impressed with his professional, friendly manner. He helped us firm up a design for teh plans and began to work in a timely manner. We were both working an dtrusted him with unlimited access to the house. by the time the job was finished, we considered Mike not only someone we would use for future remodeling jobs but also our friend. for the next several years, we had to call mike a couple of times for problems with the windows in the Florida room or with other needs around teh house. he always came out or answered questions as needed. When we decided to do some major remodeling we had no doubt in our minds that we would be calling mike to do the work. we called him late last fall and met with him to discuss what we had in mind. Again he made suggestions to help us when we weren't sure which direction to go. since the work began, he has been dependable and professional. he has always been dlexible about changes we wanted to make or additions to what we wanted.he has been very patient in helpingus pick out material such as granite, floor tiles,light fixtures, and paint colors, and un working through any problems that arose with materials. in th case of the tile our master bathroom, we ended up happier with the new tile than the one we had originlly chosen. the work he has done has been excellent. iin closing I would highly recommend Mike Burns as a quality builder and human being. |

This letter is to serve as a recommendation for Mike Burns of Burns Brothers Builders. I met Mike october 2009 in which I hird him on contract to remodel my kitchen. this included tile floor installation, custom cabinetry and back splash tiling. Mike's workmanship is superior to say the least. I was especially impressed with his tiling skills and attention to details. In addition to his eficeint use of time, the end result was one of high quality. Not only did he take teh time to give me what I ask for, he was midful of the cleanliness of my home and made every effort to clean up behind himself. i would recommend Mike for other jobs without hesitation. |

I first met Mr. Burns when we was doing a remodeling job at my neighbor's home, approximately seven years ago. I asked him to look at teh work to be done to my home and give me a quote. Mr. burns finished the quote and I contracted for teh work. The remodeling was extensive: remove a wall, install new windows and french doors, and a front porch and overhang roof, remodel bathrooms, install a front driveway, build and install a wall of kitchen cabinets to match the existing cabinets that were 45 years old. i was very pleased with the professional manner in which he conducted his business and the quality of his work. i have since contracted with him to add a new bath and pergola over the back patio. Mr. Burns has also done work for other members of my family on personal residents and commercial property. I have recommended Mr. Burns to several people and tehy hav been very pleased with teh completed work. i have always found him to be honest, trustworthy and professional. |
